Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for receiving orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring that the customer's delivery plan matches the vehicle resources
2. Provided daily driver operation data to customers, dealt with abnormal situations in the customer service process and timely fed back to customers, collected relevant customer information for internal analysis and feedback, and ensured the smoothness of service
3. Developed the customer's SOP to ensure the integrity of customer data
4. Responsible for confirming the extra cost of orders, and timely completing the system entry and ticket audit
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, at least 2 years logistics industry experience
2. Rich knowledge of port transportation, working experience in container industry is preferred
3. Good service awareness, sense of responsibility and strong ability to work under pressure
