On March 2, a delegation of 8 people from Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and Malaysia-China Business Council (MCBC) paid a visit to Hercules Logistics, who were received by Mei Chunlei-President of Hercules Logistics and Zhao Jihu--Vice President of Hercules Logistics. Both parties communicated about digital economy and development of digital free trade zone of Malaysia anddiscussed how to boost bilateral cooperation in cross-border e-commerce. The MDEC and MCBC delegation from Malaysia was the fifth delegation of international guests to visit Hercules Logistics following American Werner, German and Singaporean businessmen, Japanese businessmen, and Malaysian partners in a week.

At the meeting, Ms. Ng Wan Peng, COO of MDEC, introduced basic information of development of digital economy in Malaysia, and advantages and characteristics of digital free trade zone. She said that in recent years, Malaysia has regarded digital economy as an important source of "new momentum" of growth. In order to improve social and economic development, Malaysian authorities are committed to advancing "Overall Planning on Digital Malaysia" at the moment in an attempt to enable Malaysia to become one of high-income countries and one of leading Asian nations in information and communications technology by 2020. The founding of MDEC is aimed at attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) from global multinational corporations and domestic direct investment (DDI) by fostering development of local sci-tech companies andboosting development of domestic economy through digitization in the future. Subsequently, Wu Zhirong, Cross-border E-commerce Logistics Service Product Manager of Hercules Logistics, introduced basic information and operational pattern of cross-border B2B service platform of Hercules Logistics. Both parties made proactive discussions on development prospect and mode of implementation of the cross-border B2B service platform, conducted a study ontransport location, policy benefit, etc. in the digital free trade zone of Malaysia, and ultimately, made in-depthcommunications on development of B2B cross-border e-commerce in China and Malaysia and discussed some potential cooperation patterns in the future.

Subsequently, the Malaysian delegation paid a visit to Hercules Retail Logistics Center where the head of engineering project department introduced project progress of Hercules Logistics Retail Logistics Center in terms of spatial scale, business function and other modules. The huge and well-equipped exhibition halls and bonded warehouses of Hercules Retail Logistics Center left a deep impression on the delegation. Later, both parties communicated with each other on how to standardize China-Malaysia inspection, quarantine and certification.

On the afternoon of the very day, a team from Malaysian authorities departed for Shenzhen Food Import and Export Association (SZFIEA) to talk with some SZFIEA members including Hercules Logistics and negotiate cooperation opportunities. At the meeting, Li Gang, President of Hengkangda International Food Corp. Ltd. and President of SZFIEA, put forward problems of sourcing, product quality, exchange rate for payment, etc facing import food traders in dealing with products from Malaysia. Malaysian party gave positive response and expected that both parties would solve such problems together and better introduce Malaysian products to Chinese market.

Lately, Hercules Logistics has made frequent exchange with its international partners. The MDEC and MCBC delegation from Malaysia was the fifth delegation of international guests to visit Hercules Logistics following American Werner, German and Singaporean businessmen, Japanese businessmen, and Malaysian partners in a week.

On February 26, a group of 3 people including Craig Stoffel, Vice President of Global Logistics of Werner Enterprises of the United States, and Juan Bautista, General Manager of Werner (China), paid a visit to Hercules Logistics and both parties visited Hercules Retail Logistics Center.

On February 27, Japanese agents paid a visit to Hercules Logistics and both parties discussed cross-border e-commerce business cooperation and development.

On February 28, Malaysia's B2BI (B2B International SDN BHD), an investor of Ivy E-commerce Co., Ltd.--a Hercules Logistics subsidiary, paid a visit to Hercules Logistics. Both parties made communication and discussions on future development planning on Ivy E-commerce Co., Ltd.

On March 3, a delegation of German and Singaporean businessmen paid a visit to Hercules Logistics and both parties discussed modes of cooperation, services, etc.
